Vinification: The grapes are sorted and kept drying for 3 months in open and well-ventilated place, achieving a natural concentration of sugars, acidity, color and flavors. The dried grapes are crushed and fermented with the stems.
Ageing: No barrel ageing. 12 months in bottle before marketing.
Ageing potential: 10 years
Tasting notes: Exceptional ink color. Juicy and attractive aromas with spicy character: black currant, black cherry, peppermint, leaves and earthy shades. Powerful tannin and noble end.
